VML is proud to continue its participation in the “The Small Business I Would Like” project, which began last year in collaboration with CONFAPI Lecco-Sondrio, and is designed to bring high school students closer to the world of local businesses. This program, initiated with the aim of helping young people understand how small businesses operate, includes meetings with entrepreneurs and industry professionals, hands-on workshops, and direct visits to companies.
“The Small Business I Would Like” continues to provide a unique opportunity for students: it fosters interest in entrepreneurship and helps them better understand the skills and daily challenges of small companies. The initiative is intended to inspire young people to develop ideas and think about how to turn them into reality, equipping them with concrete tools to build their future careers.
VML’s Commitment to Youth Training
V.M.L. strongly believes in the value of investing in young people and their education, and has chosen to continue its involvement in the project to further this goal. Over the course of the year, participants have had the chance to get a close look at V.M.L.’s operations, gain insight into company processes, and interact with our professionals. This experience not only answers their questions but also provides practical advice and inspiration for their future.
VML is honored to be part of this initiative, thanking CONFAPI for its support and shared commitment. Experiences like this can truly make a difference for the next generation.
