VML is proud to continue its participation in the \u201cThe Small Business I Would Like\u201d <\/strong>project, which began last year in collaboration with CONFAPI Lecco-Sondrio, and is designed to bring high school students closer to the world of local businesses. This program, initiated with the aim of helping young people understand how small businesses operate, includes meetings with entrepreneurs and industry professionals, hands-on workshops, and direct visits to companies. <\/p>\n\n

\u201cThe Small Business I Would Like\u201d continues to provide a unique opportunity for students: it fosters interest in entrepreneurship and helps them better understand the skills and daily challenges of small companies. The initiative is intended to inspire young people to develop ideas and think about how to turn them into reality, equipping them with concrete tools to build their future careers. <\/p>\n\n

VML\u2019s Commitment to Youth Training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

V.M.L. strongly believes in the value of investing in young people and their education, and has chosen to continue its involvement in the project to further this goal. Over the course of the year, participants have had the chance to get a close look at V.M.L.\u2019s operations, gain insight into company processes, and interact with our professionals. This experience not only answers their questions but also provides practical advice and inspiration for their future.<\/p>\n\n

Grazie a \u201cLa Piccola Impresa che Vorrei\u201d<\/strong>, V.M.L. contribuisce a costruire un ponte con le nuove generazioni, aiutando i giovani del territorio a crescere professionalmente. Questo progetto non \u00e8 solo un arricchimento per i ragazzi, ma rappresenta anche un\u2019occasione per V.M.L. di consolidare il proprio legame con il territorio e rafforzare il proprio ruolo nella comunit\u00e0. <\/p>\n\n
